About Avanti
Avanti helps assimilate high potential students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds into the corporate workforce. The Fellowship program centers around continued mentorship and supplements it with financial aid towards entrance exam preparation, high school and college tuition.
Mentors act as guides and sounding boards for the students and are chosen based on ethnic and cultural compatibility, with an eye on the student's developmental needs. Being an Avanti mentor is purely voluntary. Our mentors are accomplished students and professionals chosen carefully based on their accomplishments and their commitment to making the program a success.
Avanti provides its fellows with financial aid towards high school tuition, coaching classes for entrance examinations, college tuition as well as any language and professional training the student may require during his time at university. The fellows progress and performance is closely monitored by his/her mentors ensuring that we identify any unmet needs through his/her high school and university education.
Mentor a Student
Professionals and students meeting strict eligibility criteria will be able to sign up to be Avanti Mentors. Mentors will be paired with students based on ethnic and cultural compatibility, with an eye on the student's developmental needs.
