Eligible students with a strong academic background can apply to be an avanti fellow. Selected students will be eligible for mentorship and financial aid. If you know a student who meets these criteria you may submit an application on his/her behalf.

Mentor a Student
Professionals and students meeting strict eligibility criteria will be able to sign up to be Avanti Mentors. Mentors will be paired with students based on ethnic and cultural compatibility, with an eye on the student's developmental needs.

Sponsor a Fellowship
Avanti is a not-for-profit organization. Generous grants be individuals and corporations make our fellowships possible. As a sponsor you will work closely with our mentors to guide the education and professional career of our fellows.
